Famous for its jagged, steep granite peaks, Chamonix’s scenery and alpine vistas are unforgettable to those who get to spend time in and around them. This Chamonix granite teardrop pendant is made from the rock from these steep peaks, hand-shaped and polished by a local artisan in the hamlet of Vallorcine. Each stone is different, with hues of grey, white, black, gold, and green all in an infinitely variable pattern (email to see available stones!). The stones are then delicately set by Michelle in a handmade sterling silver bezel hung on a necklace with care.
These pendants are made from Chamonix granite, smoothed down to shine, are a lovely souvenir that properly showcase the magic held in the high peaks of this incredible place.
Stone measures approximately 15mm by 10mm. Included in the price of this necklace is a 45cm-55cm solid sterling silver chain. Please allow 2-3 weeks for creation of your piece as the stone may have to be made-to-order for you.
